What is Akkamind Vega?

Akkamind Vega is an AI-powered sustainable energy navigator. It brings energy measurements, invoices, connected equipment, and business documents into one workspace so that you can investigate them through a conversation.

Instead of moving between separate utility portals, solar monitoring tools, spreadsheets, and reports, you can ask Vega a question in plain language. Vega can summarize information, compare periods or sites, find unusual patterns, and present results as text, tables, or charts.

Vega runs in a standard web browser. You do not need to install an application on your computer.

What can Vega work with?

The information available in Vega depends on what has been added to your workspace. Before a detailed analysis, check whether your data is ready. Available information may include:

• utility meter consumption and production from Moj Elektro in Slovenia or Energa in Poland,
• solar PV generation,
• batteries and other storage,
• EV charging,
• HVAC and other internal measurements,
• supplier and network-operator invoices, and
• reference documents such as contracts, energy audits, reports, Word files, and spreadsheets.

Vega does not automatically know information that is absent from the workspace. A good answer therefore depends on selecting the correct workspace, connecting the relevant assets, and checking that the required period contains data.

Where to find the main features

The left-hand navigation contains the main user areas. See Navigate Vega and select your workspace for a complete walkthrough.

• Home / Chat opens the current conversation.
• New Chat starts a separate investigation.
• Chat history lets you return to earlier conversations.
• Documents contains files that Vega can search when answering questions.
• Inventory organizes sites and connected energy assets.
• Measurements provides direct access to recorded measurement data.
• Event Log shows detected events and issues.
• Tariffs shows the tariff information available to the active account.
• Admin includes User profile, account selection, display preferences, and other account tools. System Admin is not required for normal use.

The top-right area shows notifications, the signed-in user, the active account, language options, and sign-out. On a phone or narrow screen, open the menu button in the top bar to reach Home, New Chat, and Chat history; use a larger screen for the data-preparation areas described in this section.

Start your first session

1. Sign in to Vega in your browser.
2. Check the account name shown below your name in the top-right corner.
3. If required by your organization, complete the two-factor authentication setup shown during sign-in.
4. Open Inventory and confirm that the expected sites and energy assets are present.
5. Open Documents and check that important contracts or reports show a completed indexing status.
6. Return to Home / Chat.
7. Ask a question that names a site, period, and desired result.

For example:

Summarize electricity consumption for the main site over the last seven complete days and identify the largest daily change.

If you have more than one site or similarly named meters, select the intended site or component in the message. This prevents Vega from applying the question to the wrong scope.

Questions you can explore

Typical investigations include:

• Does an electricity invoice agree with measured consumption?
• How has consumption changed compared with the previous month or year?
• When does peak demand occur?
• What share of consumption is supplied by on-site solar production?
• Is a solar plant performing as expected?
• Where could grid fees or contracted power be optimized?
• How do energy performance and costs compare across sites?
• What data would be needed to assess a battery investment?
• Are there unusual measurements or asset-health issues that need attention?
• What do our contracts or audit reports say about a particular obligation?

Start with the decision or outcome you need. You can then refine the answer with follow-up questions without repeating the entire context.

Use Vega’s answers responsibly

Before using an answer for an operational or financial decision, follow the fuller answer-verification guide:

1. Confirm the sites, meters, and dates included in the analysis.
2. Check the units and whether the period contains complete data.
3. Ask Vega to identify the measurements, invoices, or documents supporting the answer.
4. Separate observed facts from assumptions and recommendations.
5. Validate important actions against operational constraints, contracts, safety requirements, and your organization’s procedures.

Vega is designed to accelerate analysis and make energy information easier to understand. It does not replace professional judgment or the source records behind a decision.
